NSW Compliance Certificates – Ready-to-Use Templates for Your OC
Compliance Certificates play a crucial role in the building approval process in NSW. These documents confirm that key components of your project—such as structural integrity, waterproofing, energy efficiency, drainage, and more—have been inspected and meet the required standards. Each certificate must be completed and signed by a suitably qualified specialist (e.g., engineers, licensed trades, or consultants) before being submitted to your certifier.
Having the correct certificates prepared at the right stages of construction is essential. They help keep your project on schedule, avoid last-minute issues, and ensure you can obtain your Occupation Certificate without delays.
On this page, you’ll find the most commonly required Compliance Certificates for NSW residential and commercial projects. Each template is fillable, downloadable, and designed to meet the formatting and content requirements your certifier expects—making the process easier, faster, and stress-free.
