Our Berry office is based on the beautiful South Coast of NSW.
The nature of our work allows us to work remotely and service clients all over NSW and in all local government areas. So no matter where your property is located, we can assist you with your approvals application paperwork and submission.
Your PA for your DA
At Dynamic Approvals we offer a streamlined planning and approvals solution. We prepare, manage and submit for assessment all of the documentation required for your small scale residential and commercial building projects.
As your PA for your DA, we project management the administration and paperwork required for approval prior to starting construction. We liaise with Consultants for specialist reports to support your application, we liaise with Council or Private Certifiers on your behalf and we assist you right through to gaining your Occupation Certificate once construction is complete.
Dynamic Approvals prepares all required application documentation for your DA, CC, CDC, OC or BIC. We then submit it to your local Council or a Private Certifier for assessment, and liaise with them throughout the process for a timely approval.
Depending on the scale of your project, and whether you are applying for approval through your local council or through a private certifier, we will do the administrative and planning work for you. We will prepare all of the documentation, engage and liaise with consultants for supporting reports where required, make the submission on your behalf and liaise with the certifying authority throughout the process.
To help reduce determination times, we gather, prepare, standardise and process all of the necessary documentation and submit NSW Planning Portal Lodgements to the relevant certifying authority.
As construction industry professionals, we work in association with your architect or building designer (or can recommend one), along with your builder or pool builder and numerous reputable certifiers, engineers, town planners and other consultants with whom we have long standing professional relationships.
Our fees are completely transparent and we outline all of the necessary charges payable to different industry bodies so you have clear idea of costs. We also work with the most suitable, cost effective consultants for your proposed works, and you benefit from the trust, respect and professionalism we share with our industry connections.
